This gem of a black tea is one of our personal favorite here at Sensado! The taste is round, complex, sweet and full of rich, malty flavors. The perfect Good Morning, Afternoon, and Dessert Tea. You can’t go wrong. No need for milk and/or sugar. Just enjoy the pure and pleasant fragrance of the infusion, which carries balanced notes of honey, wild flowers, nuts, brown sugar and raw cocoa.
Use 1 to 2 teaspoon(s) of tea per cup. Add filtered water at 90ºC to 95ºC, and allow to steep for 1 to 3 minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
PS: We also recommend cold brewing to prepare a refreshing summer drink! Just infuse the leaves with cold and filtered water for 3-4 hours (or longer) in the fridge. Serve as is, or on the rocks. Enjoy!
