This tea is a balanced combination of a light fresh-floral Green Tea from Anhui Province, aromatic Lemon Grass and Ginger Root, herbaceous tasting wild-crafted Stinging Nettle, and organic Chamomile flowers.
Use 1 to 2 teaspoon(s) of tea per cup. Add filtered water at 90ºC to 95ºC, and allow to steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Strain the tea and serve. Enjoy hot or on the rocks.
