Huang Shan Mao Feng consists of a mixture of downy buds and the top two leaves of the tea plant, which are picked in early spring. It’s unique processing method of shaping and firing gives this tea it’s characteristic sweetness that made it so popular throughout China.
Huang Shan Mao Feng is a gentle tea and can be enjoyed all day long, whether hot or iced.
Use 1 to 2 teaspoon(s) of tea per cup. Add filtered water at 75ºC to 85ºC, and allow to steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
