Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. Wherever possible, orders received before 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
We ship all orders with Australia Post.
Normal postal lead times are: AU NSW destinations 1-3 business days from dispatch, all AU destinations 3-6 business days, all other areas outside Australia 10-15 business days; but please allow up to twenty-one days for delivery. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay.

International orders (outside Australia):
The customer is responsible for local import duties and taxes. The customer must ensure that the ordered tea (including herbs, spices, flowers and fruits) is not subject to any import regulations/ import restrictions. Sensado doesn’t take responsibility for delays due to customs or quarantine. Please make sure that your Billing address of the credit card you are using for your order matches your Billing address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes internationally.
We ship outside Australia only on the countries listed below by registered airmail. Some countries are not listed due to restrictive import rules. If your country is not listed on this page, you may send us an email to inquire whether we will add it.
We will make every effort to assist you in tracking a lost package, but cannot be held responsible for non-delivery once a delivery attempt has been made. All original shipping charges are non-refundable in the event that your shipment is returned to us for any reason.
